What to look at before you choose
The rating is about the booking, not the diagnosis
Most reviews on these apps describe a missed call back, a refund for a cancelled consultation or a slow wait for a doctor to join. Very few say anything about whether the medical advice was right, and a store rating cannot judge that.
Corporate users skew the picture
Several of these apps are handed out by employers and insurers as a benefit. Those users rate the claims and cashless flows as much as the doctors, so an app that is mostly an insurance front end can read very differently from one people chose for themselves.

Check the volume
A 4.8 from 30 ratings is a weaker signal than a 4.3 from 900.
Check the date
A business changes hands, a manager leaves, and the rating takes a year to catch up. Look at what people wrote this quarter.
Check whether anyone replied
A company that answers its worst reviews is telling you what happens when something goes wrong for you.

No. A store rating measures how people felt about using the app, including payments and scheduling. It is not a check on any doctor's qualifications or the quality of care.
