Self help tools and therapy bookings are rated on different things
An app that offers guided exercises or meditation is rated on the content and the subscription. An app that books sessions with therapists is also rated on availability, cancellations and refunds.
People in a hard moment write the harshest reviews
Some one star ratings here come from users who reached out at a difficult time and did not get the help they expected quickly enough. That is worth reading as a signal about response times, not just as a complaint.
